2. How are the analyzers, meters, and meteorological sensors in the field integrated into the system?
Analyzers, meters, and meteorological sensors located in the field can be easily connected to and integrated into the Loggma Data Logger system using RS485, TCP/IP, or analog connection methods.
3. Which communication protocols does Loggma hardware support?
Loggma Data Logger offers communication support over Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, OPC-UA (Client), IEC 62056-21 (OBIS), and Pavator Protocol (KACO Legacy) protocols.
4. Can Loggma Data Logger store data retrospectively in case of an internet outage? What is its memory capacity?
Thanks to its 8 GB of internal memory, the device stores data locally for an average of 3 months in case of an internet outage. When the connection is restored, all past data is securely and completely transferred to the portal.
5. How long does the on-site installation and assembly of the device take? Is it mandatory for a technical expert to be present on-site during installation?
Installation time may vary depending on the existing communication infrastructure and field conditions. However, thanks to LOGGMA Data Logger’s advanced interface, the installation process is quite easy. Installation can be completed without the need for a physical expert to be present on site.
6. Does Loggma hardware support remote firmware (software) updates?
Yes. Each new version is made available to users via the LOGGMA Data Logger update page. Users can check for updates and install the latest version remotely and free of charge with a single click.
7. How is the Automatic Meter Reading System (AMR) integration achieved and how does it match the billing data?
You can automatically retrieve data from the AMR and EMMS portals by entering your user information through LOGGMA’s energy monitoring platforms, Solarify and Enerify. You can also upload your AMF document to the system to transfer your data to the portal. After your tariff information and agreement details are defined, your final production, consumption, and net metering invoices will be automatically generated by the system.
8. What is the data refresh rate (sampling rate) on the LOGGMA monitoring platform? Is the data streamed in real-time?
The data refresh frequency on the Enerify and Solarify portals is 5 minutes. For points where data is received via AMR and EMMS, the data refresh frequency is 1 hour, depending on the data availability interval from the relevant official institution portal.
9. How does the reactive penalty tracking and warning mechanism work on the platform?
Reactive power penalty tracking can be carried out through AMR, EMMS, and AMF report integrations, as well as through real-time monitoring of data obtained from meters and analyzers in the field via the Loggma Data Logger.
10. What is the security of the collected data and its retention period in the cloud?
Unless there is a specific corporate agreement or additional protocol, data on Solarify and Enerify Premium platforms is securely stored for 5 years.
11. Can we transfer our data from the Loggma platform to our own ERP system or third-party software via API?
Yes. You can easily transfer the data collected on the platform to your own ERP systems or other third-party software you use via API and FTP methods.
12. In what situations do Enerify and Solarify systems send alerts? Through which channels are these notifications delivered?
Production plants and consumption locations offer more than 10 advanced alarm types, including production stoppage, consumption discrepancy, AI-based production alarm, reactive power alarm, data logger alarm, demand alarm, communication disruption, plant and string shutdowns, and panel contamination. Users can also create custom alarm scenarios according to their needs. Notifications are sent via email and mobile application.
13. Can I track hourly settlement processes through the platform?
Yes. Thanks to AMR, EMMS, and AMF integrations, your production and consumption data are automatically matched. Through the platform, you can view in detail the hourly energy amounts used for net metering, the energy values drawn from and supplied to the grid, and the resulting net metering results; you can compare them with past periods and generate reports.
14. Does the platform support pairing multiple consumption subscriptions with a single or multiple production facilities?
Yes. The Enerify platform supports associating one or more production facilities with multiple consumption subscriptions in scenarios compliant with relevant legislation. Production, consumption, and net metering processes can be tracked through a single platform based on the defined pairings; reports and analyses are automatically generated.
15. What is the warranty period and coverage provided for Loggma hardware?
Purchased hardware and one-time licenses are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
16. How do your after-sales technical support processes work? What are your SLA (Service Level Agreement) periods in case of a malfunction?
In case of a technical issue, users can create a new support ticket through the technical support page. Our technical team will respond to requests within 48 hours at the latest.
17. Does platform usage require a license or a one-time purchase? What are the renewal periods?
Solarify and Enerify Premium Portal accounts are offered on an annual subscription model. Control licenses for Loggma Data Logger devices are licensed on a one-time purchase model.
18. What is the process of transitioning (retrofitting) from a different SCADA or monitoring system used in an existing solar power project to Loggma?
If your production and consumption facilities have existing devices or software capable of transferring data via API or FTP, integration can be established to transfer data to the Enerify and Solarify platforms on the same day. For facilities lacking this technical infrastructure, Loggma Data Logger integration can be implemented to initiate data flow quickly and seamlessly.
19. Can the Loggma system generate automated performance analysis (PR – Performance Ratio) reports for investors?
Yes. In the Enerify and Solarify interfaces, your power plants’ Performance Ratio (PR), Temperature Interaction Performance Ratio (TPR), and Availability Ratio can be dynamically displayed according to the selected date range. This data is automatically reported by the system on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
20. Is it possible to define different authorizations and roles for multiple users?
Yes. Enerify and Solarify platforms offer five different user roles with varying authorization levels, designed to meet operational needs: Administrator, Manager, Investor, Technician, and Observer.
