Monthly summary reports are automatically generated by the system on the 2nd of each month. However, updates made over time in the field—such as completing missing data or correcting erroneous values—can affect the validity of these reports.
That’s exactly why we’ve developed a report refresh feature exclusively for administrators!
When data errors or delayed updates occur, reports will no longer become invalid.
Administrators can now regenerate reports with the latest data, ensuring access to the most accurate information.
